Pure Water Window Cleaning
I started window cleaning in 1996. In those days traditional window cleaning was the only option. This was done using squeegees, leathers, scrim cloths and soapy water. I built up my first window cleaning round before I brought my first car and walked to work carrying ladders on my shoulders and carrying my bucket with my other hand.
Window cleaning has certainly progressed since then and these days the most effective cleaning method is using the pure water fed pole system.
If your not familiar with this method I’ll explain simply what it is.
Pure water which has gone through a full filtration system so it measures 000 TDS (Total Dissolvable Solids) is pumped from a tank mounted in the van up a carbon fibre pole to a DuPont soft bristled brush with fan jets built in. With the pure water running the window frame is first washed down and then the glass and window sill. All the dirt is agitated from the soft but dense bristles and then a full rinse is carried out for a crystal clear finish.
Windows above conservatory’s, extensions, bays and porches can all be reached safely with ease using the pole system and there is no need to climb onto roofs and also gives customers privacy above ground floor levels. (No more awkward encounters with your local window cleaner!) We can reach windows up to a height of 45ft (4 stories high).
Using this method of window cleaning means all your UPVC window frames are kept clean and in excellent condition as well as the glass itself. Also we carry on window cleaning whatever the weather as this doesn’t affect the cleaning process which results in a regular reliable service 12 months of the year.
